Worship Caravan

What is Caravan?

In it's simplest form, Caravan is a "God thing."

It's about youth:

creating a worship service

with lots of music

and lots of drama,

sharing their talents and gifts,

having fun in Christ's name.

working with adult sponsors traveling to various regions of the United States,

involving congregations in a youth-led worship experience,

discipleship.

It's a God thing!

What is a Caravan Host?

We select potential host sites based on how close they are to the destination picked by our youth.

We look for a group associated with our host to provide a meal to Caravan.

Caravan is free to our Hosts!

All we ask is a free will offering.

What type of "audience" is Caravan geared toward?

Caravan is a worship experience for any and all ages. Caravan visits children's homes, churches, retirement centers, outdoor parks - just about anywhere!

What facilities does Caravan need at a host site?

Caravan travels with instruments, a sound system, technical equipment and props. Caravan adjusts the worship experience based on the facility.

Where will everyone sleep?

Caravan is a group of 45-50 adults and youth who will sleep - wherever. The floor works most of the time. We have learned to "go with the flow."

What kind of crowd usually shows up for worship?

Caravan provides a worship experience for any size group. We have worked with groups of only three all the way to nearly six hundred.

We only need to share our faith!

We do try to have fun along the way, experiencing fellowship and His Love with one another!

Thank you for your interest in our annual Worship Caravan.  The youth work long and hard for many months to provide for most of their needs on this trip. If you would like to be a host please send us a message.

We would appreciate your help.
